Building borders, aviation, and security systems — for governments and the companies serving them.

Building & leading border, aviation & security technology at nation-state scale

I help governments and the companies serving them build, run, and modernize border, aviation, and security systems — from biometric self-service and e-gates to passenger-data platforms and aviation safety management. More than a decade operating these systems at nation-state scale, on both sides of the table: the authority that buys them and the team that builds them.

01 — Brief

A short version.

I run a 50-person engineering organization inside Israel's Population & Immigration Authority — building and operating the platforms that decide who crosses Israel's borders, air, land, and sea, at 99.99% availability across more than thirty million crossings a year at peak. In parallel I advise other Israeli authorities and international clients on aviation safety management, passenger-data systems, and identity infrastructure.

02 — Ways to engage

Three ways to
work together.

1Advisor
Strategic advisory

Deep subject-matter guidance on borders, biometrics, aviation passenger data, and identity systems — architecture reviews, technology selection, programme strategy, and buyer-side insight on how these systems actually get built and procured.

Choose this when you need senior expertise to shape direction or de-risk a decision.
2Fractional leader
Team leadership, on your behalf

I step in to lead a programme or technology unit inside your organization — running delivery, managing engineering and operations teams, and owning outcomes at the scale of national infrastructure.

Choose this when you need an operator to run the build, not just advise on it.
03 — Track record

Proven at
nation-state scale.
