I run a 50-person engineering organization inside Israel's Population & Immigration Authority — building and operating the platforms that decide who crosses Israel's borders, air, land, and sea, at 99.99% availability across more than thirty million crossings a year at peak. In parallel I advise other Israeli authorities and international clients on aviation safety management, passenger-data systems, and identity infrastructure.

U.S. Visa Waiver Program — Technical Workstream
Led PIBA's technical workstream qualifying Israel as the 41st country into the U.S. Visa Waiver Program. Represented the Authority across NSC sessions, Knesset committees, and inter-agency coordination with MOFA, Israel Police, Tax Authority, and IDF COGAT. Recognized with the Prime Minister's Certificate of Appreciation.
Biometric Self-Service at Ben Gurion
National-scale biometric kiosks and e-gates handling Israeli passport-holders at Ben Gurion. Built on hybrid on-prem + cloud architecture with Intel RealSense depth-sensing, deployed by an in-house team. Featured on Channel 13's main evening news, May 2024.
The Passport-less Corridor
Designing Israel's first passport-free entry pilot at Terminal 3 — Israeli travelers cleared end-to-end by face verification, with security overlays built specifically for the Israeli context. Profiled in Passport News, November 2025, alongside Indonesia and Dubai as global biometric travel leaders.
